As has been reported on Facebook, an outside consultant has been brought in to work with the City of Cramerton, Gaston County and MT Land to determine the best current and future uses for the property.

Currently, studies are being done to determine the viability of commercial, light industrial and residential uses. Once the study is complete, site plans will be developed through the various stakeholders according to the results of the study and will be presented to the community.
